MARK I. WACHTER
Mark Wachter was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1977 and the
Maryland Bar in 1982. He is admitted to practice before the
federal courts of Ohio and the United States Supreme Court.
His practice focuses on business, real estate, construction and
commercial dispute resolution through litigation and alternative
dispute resolution through arbitration and mediation. He is an
active arbitrator and mediator of commercial and construction
matters. He has served as an ADR neutral for the American
Arbitration Association, the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas
Court, and is frequently retained by parties seeking private
dispute resolution.

Jack Kurant was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1972, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court Northern District of Ohio and the United States Supreme Court. His practice is focused on advising clients on corporate and business law, including business acquisitions and sales, real estate acquisitions and development and estate planning and probate.

Heavily involved in the formation of corporations and limited liability companies. Counsels closely held businesses on day-to-day issues, particularly preventative law, including anticipating potential problems. MARC W. FREIMUTH
Marc Freimuth was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1971. From 1971 to 1978, he was an attorney in the Cleveland office of Squire Sanders & Dempsey, focusing on financial institutions, real estate and general corporate practice areas. From 1978 until 2005, he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Ohio Savings Financial Corporation and Ohio Savings Bank (later AmTrust Bank). His practice focuses on advising clients in the areas of business and corporate law, finance, financial institutions, real estate, and nonprofit organizations.

He is a former Trustee of Opera Cleveland, and a former officer and Trustee of United Way Services of Cleveland, a former Trustee of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, and a former officer and Trustee of The Park Synagogue, where he was named Centerite of the Year.
